Day 1: Tom and Richard arrived in
South Asia on Tuesday morning at 2:30 AM. Phani and Jared arrived an hour and a
half later.
With not much sleep, everyone
was up by 8 to eat breakfast. After eating, they took off to visit a Botanical
garden. Traffic was terrible as their driver weaved in and out of traffic
like a Nascar race driver. But they arrived safely.
At 4 PM they had their first
meeting with the local M's. Time worship followed. The highlight of the meeting
was when Phani stood up and gave his testimony of how Christ had changed his
life back when he was a university student in his native country. More
training will take place tomorrow. Then on the streets to practice what
they learn.
